some days, who cares about any of it?

what does any of it matter?

there are days when i wonder “what in the world is a surgery going to do about anything?” there are so many things that feel too hard to navigate through right now that the idea of making it through this and the money it will take up will only make everything harder.

yes, i’ll make it to the appointment, and yes, i’m sure it will be affirming to hear how nice these things will be to have done to a face that grows less me every day.

trans lives have a lot of other things happening in them. more than just a surgery that makes everything better. today is a day evrything feels like it’s gathering.
